Preheat oven to 450. Spray shallow roasting pan with vegetable pan spray. Mix cornmeal, breadcrumbs, salt and thyme. Dip fish into the milk then roll in the dry mixture. Place filets in the roasting pan. Pour the butter over the fish and bake, uncovered, 15-18 minutes, until the fish flakes.
