Oven baked chicken parmesan.
1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
2. Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs; coating well.
3. In a 9" x 13" glass baking dish, arrange chicken.
4. Bake uncovered 20 minutes.
5. Pasta sauce over chicken, then top with cheese
6. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
7. Serve, if desired, with hot cooked pasta.
