Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the oven to 350?. In a skillet, warm apple pie filling, butter and cinnamon. In a bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Add the milk, flour, sour cream, lemon zest and salt. Beat until the butter is just smooth. Pour over the apple mixture in the skillet and put the pan in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pancake is puffed and golden brown. Dust the pancakes with sugar.
