Very tasty and easy meal. Serve with asparagus or any other vegetable and garlic rolls.
Put chicken breast strips in large bowl, use about half the bottle of BBQ sauce for every 2 breast halves and 1/4th cup of honey. Coat chicken thoroughly and pour into a foil pan placed on a baking sheet. Cook at 400 degrees for about 35 min. Cut into 1 piece of the chicken to make sure it is done inside.
(Don't cook this in a regular pan you will never get the BBQ sauce and honey off of the pan.)
