These ribs are excellent!
Brown ribs. Transfer ribs to a large roasting pan. Combine all other ingredients in a large saucepan and cook o top of stove for 10 to 15 minutes to combine flavors; pour over ribs. Cover pan. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Lower temperature to 300 degrees the last hour.
