Suggest a better descriptionArrange chicken in single layer, skin side up on rack over roasting pan. Add salt & pepper. Pour in enough hot water to cover the bottom of the pan. Thinly slice onions and place over chicken. Bake at 350° for 30 min. Turn pieces and bake another 1/2 hour. Turn chicken back over and bake 1 hour longer, while
basting frequently. Turn pieces last 20 min. of baking.
