Oven baked chicken thighs
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Unravel thighs and lay flat in a large shallow own-safe pan
3. Finely chop onion
4. Combine the following in a small bowl in this order: onion, brown sugar, vinegar, tomato sauce, garlic, mustard and spices
5. Stir, then pour evenly over chicken
6. Bake for 50 minutes
7. Cook baby potatoes & broccoli
