Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Line a large baking sheet with ½- to 1-inch high sides with aluminum foil. Make sure to line the sides of the baking sheet as well to catch all the rendered bacon fat.
3. Lay bacon strips in a single layer on lined baking sheet.
4. Roast bacon until cooked through and crisp. Depending on how crisp you like your bacon, it could take anywhere from 15 to 25 minutes.
5. Remove baking sheet with cooked bacon from oven. Tilt sheet ever so slightly to let rendered bacon fat run to one side or corner. Carefully remove cooked bacon strips to a paper-towel lined plate or try to drain off more fat (if you care).
6. Carefully pour off the rendered bacon fat to a heat-proof bowl to either discard or use in some way.
If you’ve lined the sheet well, you can just roll up the aluminum foil and toss it in the trash; the baking sheet probably needs nothing but a rinse
