Suggest a better description1. Preheat the oven to 250 F. 2. In a large saucepan bring the water, sugar, and lemon juice to a boil over medium-high heat, and cook until the sugar is dissolved. 3. Reduce the heat to low, add the apple slices, and poach until the apple slices are just tender, about 1-2 minutes. 4. Place on sheet pans lined with silicone sheets, and bake until lightly brown, 5-10 minutes.
