1. Heat oven to 375. Spray a pan with non-stick spray.
2. Mix ranch dressing and milk in a bowl. Add a dash of salt and pepper. Put the potato flakes and remaining ingredients in another bowl.
3. Brush chicken with melted butter, then dip chicken first in milk, then coat with potato flakes.
4. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes (or until tender)
