Crunchy yet baked chicken, family loved it!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly spray baking sheet with olive oil. Combine crackers, cereal, sesame seeds, cayenne and garlic powder in shallow bowl and set aside.
Combine egg whites, yogurt, Dijon and salt. Coat chicken pieces thoroughly with yogurt mixture and then dip one at a time into the cracker mixture, packing crumbs onto chicken. Arrange on baking sheet and spray lightly with olive oil.
Bake for approx. 45 minutes.
