Delicious crispy crunchy oven fried chicken. Uses yogurt instead of a flour/egg wash! This creates a nice thick crunchy panko crust.
Preheat Oven to 450 degrees.
Get out a cookie sheet and line it with foil or parchment paper (easy clean up). Place a foil rack on top of the lined cookie tray.
Combine Panko and Mrs. Dash on a shallow plate.
One tenderloin strip at a time - dip in plain Greek yogurt, evenly coating all sides of the chicken. Then gently roll the chicken strip in the panko mixture. Work gently so you don't smear it, but coat all sides thoroughly. Place the strip on the foil rack. Repeat until no tenderloins remain.
Bake in the oven at 450* for 15 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink.
Serve with BBQ Sauce or spicy sriracha yogurt dipping sauce.
