1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and garlic powder. In another shallow bowl, whisk together the egg and water. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. One at a time, dip each tender into the egg mixture and then into the bread crumb mixture. Place the tenders on the baking sheet. Coat with cooking spray.
3. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once and coating with cooking spray or until no longer pink and the juices run clear.
