Suggest a better description1. Combine egg and milk in a small bowl. Combine parmesan, bread crumbs, oregano, paprika, and pepper in a shallow dish.
2. Skin chicken. Dip chicken into egg mixture. Coat w crumbs.
3. Arrange chicken in a greased 15x10 pan. Drizzle w melted butter.
4. Bake 45-55 min at 350.
