Oven Chicken with Mayonnaise
Preheat oven to 180•c.
Sauté the onions and garlic in the oil until soft then spoon into a greased oven tray. Arrange chicken pieces,skin side up, on the onions and season with salt, pepper, paprika and mustard powder. Scatter the bay leaves on top. Mix the mayonnaise, brown sugar, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco and pour this over the chicken. Cover and bake for 30minutes then uncover and bake for another 30 minutes or until golden and cooked.
