Preheat your oven to 400(F) degrees
Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
In another smaller bowl, mix all the wet ingredients, except the butter.
Combine both of the ingredients in the large mixing bowl. Don't try to mix too much. A few lumps will cook out.
Spray some non-stick spray to coat a 11x7 Pyrex pan
Take half the melted butter and coat the pan
Take the second half and mix into the batter
Pour batter into pan
Put in preheated oven
Check after 20 minutes.
It's done when the top is golden brown.
Serve and enjoy.
