Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix meat, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salts, garlic powder and pepper. Shape mixture by rounded tablespoon fuels into balls. Place meatballs in an ungreased 8" baking dish. Stir together the tomato sauce, remaining 1 cup water, and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meatballs. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
