Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 400 degrees farenheit
Put tomatoes and garlic in a bowl
Mix oil, herbs, Chili flakes, salt and pepper together and pour over tomatoes
Pour tomatoes and garlic onto a pan and roast for 20-30 min
Put tomato mixture in food processor with balsamic vinegar, basil, and sugar. Then serve.
NOTE: if canning add 1/2 TBSP of lemon juice for 1/2 pints. 1 TBSP for pints.
