Chop a head of broccoli into good-sized florets.
Combine broccoli, garlic, olive oil and salt & pepper in a Ziploc bag and shake well.
Spread out on baking sheet, place on top rack of oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
Broccoli will be crunchy and delicious.
