Suggest a better descriptionMix all ingredients together onto a shallow baking pan
First rinse and dry the breasts and coat them with olive oil
Then sprinkle coat with paprika and garlic powder
Place breasts on top of the vegetables
Bake in a preheated oven at 400 F for 25 minutes.
Take breasts out and let them rest while the vegetables cook an additional 10 min
This particular one was not prepared with salt and pepper though I highly recommend you add it.
Juicy and cooked all the through but not quite evenly. Next time consider flipping the chicken for the last 10 min of baking.
