Mix together salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Rub the spices over the tenderloin and coat well. Heat oil over medium high heat in skillet and brown roast on all sides. Remove from skillet and place tenderloin in shallow baking dish. Preheat oven to 350. Coat tenderloin with glaze mixture and roast for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees Rest at room temperature for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
