Wash potatoes, cut into wedges (about 16 per potato).
Place all wedges in mixing bowl, add olive oil, toss to coat.
Arrange on foil-covered & cooking sprayed baking sheet skin side down.
Combine seasonings & sprinkle over wedges.
Bake at 350(F) for 40 minutes.
