Seasoned sweet potato fries baked with a bit of olive oil.
1. Preheat oven to 425. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into french-fry sized strips.
2. In a separate bowl, combine seasoned salt, paprika, garlic powder and chili powder in small bowl.
3. In a large bowl toss sweet potatoes in olive oil, sprinkle with seasoning mix and toss to coat. (More may be added depending on your taste.)
Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray and arrange potatoes in single layer. Roast, turning once, for 40 minutes or until tender and browned.
