Easy, healthy Oven Roasted Tomatoe Recipies
Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
Line a large baking sheet or roasting pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a bowl, combine tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
Spread tomatoes in the prepared pan, in a single layer.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until tomatoes begin to caramelize. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.
