Tasty and easy oven roasted veggies. Nice combo and good ratio.

fionamaher-gomezOnly changes I made was to add some sliced carrots and use Kirkland Organic no-salt instead of the salt and pepper. An easy to make side , particularly while preparing a bit more complex main dish.
