Suggest a better descriptionLightly grease a 8-inch square pan.
Cream the first three ingredients. Beat in egg.
Mix together dry ingredients. Add to wet mixture alternately with buttermilk. Spread in pan.
Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
You can double the recipe and bake it in a 13x9-inch pan (it will probably take longer)
