This is a nice salad to make ahead for a large meal
In a large bowl, break up a medium sized head of lettuce into bite size pieces. On top of the lettuce put a layer of thinly chopped green onions, then a layer of chopped celery. Then layer on your drained water chestnuts, top with another layer of frozen peas. Then cover the top of the entire salad with 2 cups of light mayo. In a small bowl combine seasonings, sugar, parmesan cheese,season salt and garlic salt. Sprinkle this over the mayo, cover salad & chill overnight.
Just before serving garnish salad with slices of hard boiled egg, Tomato wedges, & crumbled bacon.
