Simple to make refrigerator muesli makes an easy to go breakfast. when you put individual servings in a mason jar overnight. Top with fresh fruit and raw nuts before serving.
Combine oats, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and spices in large bowl. Mix well. You can eat this right away or prepare it overnight. Serve with unsweetened nut milk of choice and top with fresh fruit of choice. Let stand for awhile before serving, at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Or measure out and prepare servings for the next day or up to 4 days. For individual “to go” servings, add 2/3 cup muesli to four 2 cup mason jars. Add 1 cup unsweetened nut milk of choice, to each jar. Seal jars, refrigerate overnight. Optional, top with fresh fruit before serving.
Store unused muesli in airtight jar.
