Pat's recipe
Prepare night before.
1. Fry bacon. (I baked in 400 degree oven, by placing a rack in lower 1/3rd of the oven, lining a baking sheet with foil, laying bacon on foil...close together, but not overlapping. Bake for about 15 minutes...make sure to monitor and pour off excess grease during baking. Remove bacon and use tongs to transfer to paper-lined plate to drain and finish crisping.)
2. Cook peas and cool
3. Place all ingredients in layers in a 9x13 glass pan.
4. Refrigerate overnight.
