Mix NOH powder on chicken. Place in baking pan and bake at 350F for 1 hour. Boil and drain cabbage. Set aside. When chicken is done, combine sauce ingredients in a pan. Bring to a boil and stir until it thickens, or heat it, stir, , then let cool so it thickens. Slice and place cabbage on plate. Slice and place over cabbage. Pour sauce over, garnish with green onions.
