Old family recipe for oyster stuffing.
Boil eggs, peel and chop.
Combine ingredients. Mix with oysters with desired. If not cooking in the turkey add turkey gravy or turkey broth to moisten. If not moist enough to hold together, moisten with more broth. If this will be cooked in the turkey broth only may be used. Turkey broth is preferable to gravy, but is hard to find. If you can find turkey broth, use that instead.
Cook at 350 degrees until dressing is 175 degrees in the center.
Onions about half a pound
Celery about 17 oz
Bell pepper about 10 or 11 oz.
