Suggest a better description1. Lightly coat a pan with cooking spray and heat on medium. Add shallots and cook until soft.
2. Add honey and vinegar to pan. Quickly stir in cumin, chili and broth. Bring to boil and cook until reduced by half.
3. Transfer to a food processor and blend until smooth.
4. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in cilantro and garnish dish with toasted pecans.
