Suggest a better descriptionSoak Rice noodles in boiling water until tender (vermicelli 5-7 minutes, wider noodles 10-15), drain and toss with 2 T sesame oil. Add 1T Sesame oil to pan at med-high heat, add garlic 3 cloves and 2 cups fried tofu/chicken/shrimp until heated through. Add rice noodles (if the noodles have began to dry add 2T broth or water if needed), 2T fish sauce, tamarind 1T, paprika 3T, hot chili paste 2T and 2T sugar. Once that has been mixed, push aside to make room in the pan to heat 1T Sesame Oil and prepare the scrambled egg in the pan, after egg has been cooked incorporate into the rest of the dish. Top with remaining ingredients.
