Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven 400 degees - Very Important
1. Brown pork, chicken and sausage in Olive Oil - Remove
2. Add chickn boillion to 4 C water - bring to a boil (decrease water for brown rice)
3. Combine all spices in small bowl
4. Saute in 3 T olive oil - onions, tomato, garlic, mushrooms
5. Add 1/2 C olive oil to veggies
6. Add 2 C rice to to veggies and stir in all spices
7. Add 4 C water broth and stir - decrease water for brown rice (2 C rice to 3 C water)
8. Add brown meat (no seafood yet)
9. Place pan in oven (uncovered) for 20 minutes (50 minutes for brown rice)
10. NEVER STIR PAELLA - after it comes to a boil
11. Remove from oven - arrange pepper slices, and peas on surface
Add seafood in artistic manner
12. Return to oven for 10 minutes
13. VERY IMPORTANT--Remove from oven and cover with towel to allow to rest
14. Serve with sourdough bread and salad.
