Mettre au fond du puits10g huile 2 sachets de levure 325g eau tiède
Pétrir 10min au kitchenaid vitesse 2
Placer la boule de pain sur papier cuisson sur la grille du four renverser le bol du kitchenaid par dessus
Mettre le four à 40°
Laisser reposer 40min
Sortir la grille complète et prechauffer le four à 240° pendant 20min avec 300ml d'eau dans la leche frite
Puis enlever le bol kitchenaid
Ciseler la pâte
Brumiser d'eau la pâte
Enfourner 30min à 240°
