1) Whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Let stand for about 10 minutes to thicken. Add more flour if too watery.
2) Heat oil in pan and pour enough mixture to cover the bottom of the pan. Turn when small bubbles appear on surface. Cook both sides.
3) Serve warm and spread a thin layer of your favorite filling. Roll up like a thin burrito and enjoy!
