The name says it all
1. Brine the chix for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator
2. Preheat a gas grill
3. Blend all spices together. Melt the coconut oil for 15 seconds in a microwave. Combine the oil with the spices.
4. Coat the chix pieces with the spice mixture.
5. Place the chix smooth side down on the grill. Close the lid, and cook for 4 minutes. Flip the chix and cook an additional 4 minutes until the chix is browned
