Preheat oven 160c/ gas 3
Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl,
Mix all wet Ingredients then Add to dry
Mix well until thoroughly coated.
Spread on baking tray (greased or lined)
Bake for 12-15 minutes stirring halve way through.
The Granola will firm up and stick together
Keep in air tight container.
I add a bit of water to the mix to help with the coating
