Yeast Mixture: Place the water, honey and yeast in a small bowl and mix. Let stand 4 - 5 minutes to activate and become foamy.
Dry Mixture: Place the almond flour, coconut flour, arrowroot starch and salt into a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
Combine the yeast mixture, dry mixture and all remaining ingredients and mix well.
Scoop mixture onto a parchment-loned baking sheet using a rubber spatula and spread evenly in a circle
Bake 9-10 minutes. Remove from the oven, carefully flop crust over with a spatula, top with any desired ingredients and bake another 5 - 10 minutes.
