Suggest a better descriptionExtender la masa y formar un rectángulo de 35 x 15 cm. Distribuir el pesto sobre la masa de manera uniforme. Enrollar firmemente los extremos para que se encuentren en el centro de la masa. Envolver la masa en film y enfriar por 20 minutos. Retirar del film y untar con el la yema batida. Cortar en rebanadas de 1 cm de grosor y colocarlas sobre bandeja de horno. Cocinar en horno a 200ºC por 10 minutos hasta que estén dorados y crujientes. Al retirar del horno espolvorear con el queso parmesano. Adornar con albahaca fresca picada.
