A nice change of pace from my favorite Margarita - surprisingly is Mexico's most beloved cocktail.
Wet the rim of a glass with a piece of grapefruit. Turn the glass upside down and coat the rim in the Sweet and Salty Orange mixture. Fill the glass with ice and set aside. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain into glass and top with club soda. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge
For the Sweet and Salty Orange Rim: In a small bowl, add the salt, sugar and zest. Using your finger tips, work the zest into the salt and sugar and stir to combine. Transfer mixture to a plate.
