1- Soak beans overnight
2- cook beans on low heat in big pot until tender (several hours)
3- brown ground beef (add some chili powder and red pepper and onion if desired) and add beef to bean pot
4- add can of tomato soup and stir
5- add can of tomato paste and stir
6- add 2 packets of Chili-O and stir
7- add more chili powder and red pepper to desired taste
