Cheesy hash brown potato casserole from my husband's Aunt Pam
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2) Mix all ingredients together, except for corn flakes
3) Spread evenly into greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish and top with crushed corn flakes
4) Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
