Suggest a better descriptionLightly season salmon with salt and pepper. Sear salmon in 2Tbs olive oil over medium heat. 2-3 min each side. Remove salmon and set aside.
In same skillet add 2Tbs reserved oil. Sauté onion, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, paprika, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning until garlic is fragrant.
Add vegetable stock to deglaze skillet. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Add half n half. Stir until creamy sauce forms. Add salmon to sauce until salmon is reheated.
