In a large saucepan cook bacon. Drain fat
Melt coconut butter with the bacon, add lemon juice and garlic.
Add Swiss chard, cook until wilted. Cover, cook 4 more minutes.
Stir, add salt, pepper, other seasonings to taste. Serve
