Blend Bisquick and sugar together. Separate egg yolks and whites. Beat egg whites til fluffy. Add yolks and butter to batter. Add milk. ( add 1/4 cup of milk at a time until you like consistency, then gently fold in egg whites. Use a hot griddle or frying pan.
