Beat together an egg and little flour until smooth, just to thicken the mixture so that it wouldn't run in the pan. Add the chopped scallops along with chopped onion, fresh green chilli and parsley to the batter. Add salt. Shallow fry by taking spoonful of batter in generous amount of oil. Each side takes two minutes to get done. Then squeeze lemon and sprinkle salt.
