Mix wet ingredients into dry, make sure there are no lumps
Cove, and leave to stand for 1 - 1/2 hours
heat a poffertjes pan and lightly grease it with melted butter
Add about a teaspoon of batter to each dimple. When the tops begin to look dry then flip and finish cooking.
serve with butter and sugar or any topping you please!
although you could just dollop small amounts in a pan the best and authentic method needs a poffertjes pan
