Peel and grate the Apple and set aside.
Into a large mixing bowl, Put all the dry ingrediants (Flour, Sugar, Baking powder, Cinnamon) and mix throughly.
Add Eggs and 1 cup of the Milk to the bowl and mix. If the mix is too thick then add the remaining milk until the mix is able to be poured easily.
Heat the Skillet to a medium heat and melt the butter, Once melted pour the butter into the bowl and mix in.
Add the apple to the skillet and fry until it begins to soften then add it to the mixing bowl and stir in.
Wash the skillet, reheat and add a small amount of butter to the skillet, once melted drop 1/4 of a cup of the batter into the center of the skillet and tilt to spread it out.
Cook both sides until golden brown and serve with your favorite toppings.
