Pancakes our wonderful anytime of the day. Have them for breakfast lunch and dinner if you like. This recipe makes delicious pancakes for approximately four people as a full meal or multiple people as a side dish.
In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Beat in eggs, melted butter and milk.
He agreeable or skillet to medium high (375 degrees).
Oil the griddle, then ladle a scoop of batter onto the pan
Cook until pancake is bubbling and a little dry on the edges. Approximately two minutes.
Flip and cook the other side, about 1 1/2 minutes.
Serve hot with choice of toppings
Allow the batter to rest about 10 minutes before cooking. Mix batter really well initially until the majority of the whomps are out, but do not over mix as this will cause the pancakes to become rubbery
